A decaffeinated specialty Arabica from Mexico, processed via the Water/Mountain-Water Process (i.e., chemical-free) to retain character. Smooth, flavourful, and great for any time of day when caffeine isn’t welcome.
Flavour notes:
Milk/dark chocolate & brown sugar sweetness.
Nutty or almond-malt tones.
Citrus/bright edge (orange, lemon, lime) in some versions.
Additional touches: dried fruit, toffee, mocha, and a clean aftertaste.
