We have taken reasonable precautions to try to ensure that prices quoted on the Website are correct and that all products have been fairly described. However, when ordering products or services through the Website, please note that:

  • Orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or services or their prices as advertised on this Website;
  • All retail prices are displayed in GB pounds Sterling.
  • Packaging may vary from that shown on the Website;
  • The weight, product description, best before will appear on the item, where applicable.
  • All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the product(s) or service(s) you have ordered are not available and we may offer alternative product(s) or service(s) of equal or higher quality and value.

 

CANCELLING OR CHANGING YOUR ORDER

If you wish to cancel your order, providing it has not already been dispatched, we will simply refund your money. It is important that you notify us as quickly as possible - please email sales@tropiccoffee.co.uk or call us on 01553 771451. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.

  • Items cannot be bought for re-packaging or resale. Excluding the purchase of Green/Raw coffee.  
  • Handling complaints:

We will in every case acknowledge any complaint within 5 working days.

We will in every case advise the consumer how long it will take to resolve the complaint.

We will in every case keep the consumer informed throughout the complaint process.

 

MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES:

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
