The sky is the limit when it comes to packaging, we supply coffee in all different weights from 227g upto 2.5kg for wholesale and retail. Popular options include brown or black kraft bags with valves. All bags can be branded with your company logo through the use of stickers or thermal printing direct to the bags themselves.

When supplying 227g weights for retail we pack in boxes of 20 bags, these can be split between wholebean and ground if required. For wholesale our minimum order is 6 x 1 kilo bags (1 box) and three boxes (18x1kg) is required for free postage.

We have 3 options for delivery, for small orders we will use a nationwide courier, our own delivery vans are perfect for mid sized orders and for large orders we will deliver on a pallet through logistics partners.

Yes, all thermal and sticker printing will need highest quality artwork (PDF , PNG , JPEG).

We can grind your coffee in several different options from cafetiere to Turkish (extremely fine) at no extra charge. 

All coffee is roasted to order at Tropic to guarantee unrivalled freshness. We degas for 24-48 hours before packing.  Every bag that leaves the roastery will show a 6-digit traceability number to give you full transparency.

Tropic work alongside local machine engineers. We can speak directly to the engineers who will come to your premises to repair your machine. A call out charge may be required, in addition to any further repair costs. However, this only applies if the problem is not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
